There is actually nothing to like about this company. Nothing at all. It's all bad. The only okay thing is that there isn’t much work to do. But that’s also bad because it means there’s no chance to learn or get better at your job.

Dislikes

I spent 13 years here and got nothing out of it. They change your job role without asking. It’s like your choices and skills don’t matter. This place won’t help your career. In the interview, the boss will make the company sound great. But it’s all lies. The boss acts nice at first but it’s all fake. He’ll make big promises about the company, but don’t believe him. They don’t care about the employees at all. They don’t care about you at all. Some girls and "teacher's pets" get special treatment. It's not fair. But if you work hard and do a good job, they won't care. Favoritism is a big problem. Some people get special treatment, but it’s not because they work hard or do a good job. Rules? They have them, but only when it suits them. Otherwise, they’ll just say "we’re a small company" as an excuse for their mess. Trying to leave this place is a nightmare. They make it hard on purpose, holding back salaries and making people stay longer. It’s just wrong. The work is easy but it feels bad doing it. It’s not something you can be proud of. And forget weekends, the boss finds ways to make you work even then. Leaving the job is a nightmare. They harass you, don’t giv<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">e your certificates on time, and hold back your salary. They force you to work extra</mark> days. It’s mean and unfair.
