Working with EmpoweringCPO was a good learning experience. Every assignment and project is different and hence it challenges you to bring out the best in you. I gained experience of working with some of the Fortune 500 companies and learnt new tools and methodologies.

Every day is a learning experience, opportunity to work with Fortune 500 companies based in USA, UK, UAE and Germany, it is a great exposure you get. No other company will provide such an experience to Freshers.

Dislikes

Every day is a challenge, you can rise a lot if you are focused and dedicated and if you are able to delight your client. You are thrust will plenty of responsibilities, though I do not dislike this, but in a way is good for me. A great learning culture.

There is actually nothing to like about this company except the fact that there is very less work load (too less).

Dislikes

Not a place that will help you learn and grow in your career in any way. The main guy will seem sort of nice at first but is not at all. He will try to sell his company to you in your job interview. This company does not care about you whatsoever (not that we should expect that in any job). There is a bias when it comes to select few girl employees (in my experience that has happened with good looking girls but i may be wrong and that may just be coincidental). Teachers pet will also get biased treatment but then again "good dog" behaviour is apriciated in all companies. Good work however may not be appreciated its just doesn't matter that much, you'll know once you join. Rules are different for everyone if you can be on the right side of things good for you. Things will be standardized when it is convenient other times "this is a small company" is thrown at your face as excuse to adjust and compromise. There have been incidents when employees were harassed when leaving, certificates not given on time, salaries deducted or withheld and forced to serve more days, etc. Not saying happens to everyone but has happened to few employees. This company should be farther back from your last option. Basically only go for it if its the last job on earth, even then id think twice. Very hard to change job after coming here. I'm stuck.
