The company work culture was good and all teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is less learning in this job but for freshers it's better start with this kind of job.but career is slow.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
