I joined Emerson as Engineer-Trainee 9 years ago after my graduation. Though I wasn't provided a formal training as such, on job training was given. Every company has good and bad managers so does emerson, but if you are a good candidate, you will eventually get rewarded. I created few opportunities myself and got support for mangers.
