very stubborn and won't change any mistakes. Everyone is treated equally. Seniors, opinions are treated at the level of junior-level employees. Juniors need to complete the task at the speed of seniors. No code review: they don't have time to review code for two and a half years. Every time something breaks on the test or prod. then devs will get scolded. Poor coding practice. If anyone write code like that in an interview they won't the the job. One time they mandate to follow strict log in and logout. Since it was online sometimes it won't work and mark as absent. They just removed that day's salary. There is no state like neither you prove your work we will send your money this or next moth nor we there the information about the changes. They have loosely adapted just to fire people. If you follow it your task completion output will be low if you not follow it they will tell this is not done you need to complete....Read More
