I have joined as a legal Manager and my role was not defined here, so I worked at my own skills there is no hierarchy in the company senior management doesn't know the difference between back office employee and field employee, regularisation is rejected even on working day, there is no SOP, in last 1.5 years 2 legal Head resigned in 1-2 months 1 collection head resigned in 7 days, there are few VPs and AVP they rule the company they don't let anyone settle in the company, always politics is going on, business standard is also not as per the RBI guidelines, company doesn't care about it's employees, lacking professionalism, lack of acknowledgement of the efforts of the employees, just pathetic experience working with the EFL...Read More

Sales oriented company, doesn't follow regulatory guidelines. Support function is declared as overhead by MD in a conference at Pune which leads to increase in employee attrition. Apart from the reason that employees need to pay the EMI either from salary or charge commission from new borrowers or can claim fake travel reimbursement& unauthorised increments to the staff where NPA's are increasing in order to cover the delinquency percentage. Amit Gadhaire name defines the ops head perfectly.
