Directly connected to management is good for any one who joined fresher or experienced is very good. Actually I had joined this company since 2003 and that was a great experience as on Jan 21 and after that many changes has been seen which is good for company.

Dislikes

Facing huge issues since I was at third party role, it's all about reimbursements and other benefits. As per earlier experience when I was one role of EFL there was not any issue as everything was smooth, but after riding on third party. It's a spellbound ing experience. Personal growth is almost stopped. Seeking for some good guidance

I am associated with this organisation for last 10 years and I feel this is the best organisation to work with. EFL team is very professional yet supportive. The senior management is one of the best in industry which make people work with high motivation.Business and HR policies are the best. The customer’s of EFL are very satisfiedand they see EFL as their prime business partner. Work culture, Salary, Increments are also one of the best and that is the reason people work here for long duration and if someone goes out, after just 1-2 months they become desperate to join back EFL again....Read More

Well established organization for more than 3 decades having largest market share, good working culture and environment, smooth execution of proposals within TAT, most importantly management thinks for employee benefits & career growth. Nothing is like about this company. U can get fired at any time I have seen my collegues fired. No transparency upper level not lisen to your problems always poke for target which is more than your actual target. Politics a lot here
