Directly connected to management is good for any one who joined fresher or experienced is very good. Actually I had joined this company since 2003 and that was a great experience as on Jan 21 and after that many changes has been seen which is good for company.

Facing huge issues since I was at third party role, it's all about reimbursements and other benefits. As per earlier experience when I was one role of EFL there was not any issue as everything was smooth, but after riding on third party. It's a spellbound ing experience.
