The level of personal Involvement the Founders and other top management takes in solving all types of hard situations associated to it's employees an the trust they show in them. there's ample room and freedom to learn, honest mistakes are forgiven. everyone is helpful. street smartness is encouraged and so is social interaction. overall, you and your future will be well taken care of.

Leaders are only eager for power and are hypocrites as well as loves to play politics, no wonder if you can judge them on the very first day. I love the culture of the company, the work environment, and the mutual understanding within the team. The best part is here sports are promoted which will directly promote health and will benefit the body and mind.

Dislikes

Office parties are very frequent and ofcourse it has deliciously but not healthy dishes, so something it's hard to avoid such parties.
