Worsted company, no work life, no job security, very bad management, no leaves,no cafeteria, no one support you, single mistake firing rule,no growth, harrasment of physical and mental..

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
