No projects in Pune Office, Can layoff in one day notice. Old employee have their account, new employee are not given any work not any account. They are at mercy of Ahmedabad based people. It looks they are also relocating pune office location. Recomend to join if you dont have any offer.

all salary is fixed. Senior management is excellent. I was in total frustration but saw positive changes after writing to senior management.

no one care what experience you have they donot promote you. 7 to 10 year person will be lead while 13 to 14 year person is software dev or sr. dev. there is no yearly management. Politics are every where.

Technical team is good and supportive. Lot's of new things I have learnt.

Most worst is HR policies. They don't listen to employee when anything is really genuine. Employee does not feel heared here which is the really creating depression environment. HR is doing partiality while having the increment cycle and not allowing eligible person on the name of general policy. Not getting the opportunity to work on different projects. If you are in one project fr longer than you will not get other skill learning unless you do not leave the company. Means here no one will listen to employee, most of things will do it on the name of Arrow policy which really does not exist.
