No support from High level managers and team I am working in client environment no support at all I informed multiple times to my manager after join they don't care They require immediate joiner quick outputs which is not possible from day 1 onwards they are expecting high work output. Very much pressure and strees and their is no work life balance at all

the higher management donot have the knowledge. They only interested in gujarat and pune persons. They insult south indians who donot obey them and talented. they torture the female employees to make them resign. They just need money. it is not the technology company. it is just service based company supplies candidates to product based companies. HR is dummy.
