I started my career as a Technician in production department .under my manager and supervisor I learnt many professional things which helped me alot.For freshers it is the best place to start their career.Its a medium scale company so,the compensation will be normal. I had gone through agreement for 2.5 years . during my tenure I was satisfied with the work.The main thing in efftronics is human relations,every employee is soo good and you will get best colleagues here....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
