You can learn when compare to other companies

Very work culture and enviroment. Most of the employees are with mental pressure. High politics with employees.if you need to stay here you need to chinchan ro senior employees.very worst HR departments i don't know what is the purpose of them. If you need to be a politician definetly this place is for you. Don't expect worklife balance in edveon.

Worst work culture. You not able to learn anything from company seniors once you ask any doubts.always have to give ching chang to them. Working hours is more. U have to forget your personal life. Work management.Employees in management also giving bad feedback to higher officials basically doing CCTV camera activities monitoring your break time wash room time. No work life balance.
