Dislikes

Always worked and gave 100% to the organization. But there was no growth and appraisals . Company politics at peak. Always people were fired from the workplace for stupid and personal reasons. No job surety. For appraisals you dont need to work hard you just need to be the right hand and give gossips to the boss
