Nothing is good about the company. If you are reading this my advice is don't join this organization you will regret if you ignore this.

Dislikes

1) Very toxic environment. Senior managers are abusive(not expected in Edutech company). Every morning they schedule a meeting just to abusive without any reason. If you clarify yourself you are fired. 2)No job security: There is absolutely zero job security they can and will fire you anytime</mark>. 3) Frequent salary delays: It has become a habit of the company to delay the salaries when there is a payday and you are expecting your salary. The CEO of the company will appear in front of you and explain it to you that there will be salary delay(if you can't afford why do you hire) . 4)Fooling Students: If you are a student and reading this let mw tell you its a fake organization and will not provide any jobs. You will get only customer support opportunities. They don't have any tie-ups. Don't waste your money ....Read More

Earlier salary was on time and WFH, that was the only things I liked.

Rest everything.. 1. There is standard policy, higher authorities changes policies by looking face of employees. 2. There is no growth if u are not sycophants. 3. There is one president, she doesn't know anything about business but pretend she is only running organization 4. She only believe in donkey work, updating asana task for nonsense things. 5. Now EB has closed half business, it's only because of that president. 6. They never take feedback positively. They would setup call for feedback, if u show them their face, ur demotion will start immediately. 7<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Hire n fire police, there is no job security</mark>. 8. They only want to earn money by fooling people's who are in dire need of job. 9. Whatever data they are sharing on social media is total fake. 10. Few people working as GM, VP, Managers, they even don't know the meaning of these titles. 11. If u r good in English speaking, u can achieve any post regardless of ur knowledge n skills. 12. Now salary is not on time, they have asked half employees to resign. Not settling FnF after 8-10 months of resignation, some time 1 year also. Few employees didn't get fnf. 13. If u don't have job u can join this company to spoil ur life. 14. They always talk we r corporate but their leaders don't know the actual meaning of corporate. 15. Many genuine leaders left this organization because of one stubborn president. 16. Those who are not getting job in market are stick there.. 17.All in all, it's fake organization run by fake people's 18. The only thing I like is a credit of my salary on time. Managers are helpful. HR department is good.

No Job security. Even doing very good in last 2 quarters, they asked me to resign without any reason saying its a kind of lay off or business requirement. PF has not been credited regularly in last 5-6 months. Work timings are not fixed they can give classes any time between 7 AM -10 PM if you are working from home. Don't leave your existing job if you are getting a good salary already they will offer you salary now but later you may have to resign. I was recently raised to this post, and I am happy with how the higher management ensures our hard work is appreciated. There is good job security, and we get regular training to improve our skills.

The location has a lot congestion during peak hours.

Colleagues are helpful and even RM

Dislikes

No job security, no appreciation inspite of doing good, no perks and bonus, PF is still pending. No proper SOPs, different MSO policy. Inspite of work from home options for certain projects no adjustments are done for expectional cases.
