Job Description: Tech Trainer Java Full Stack Domain

Role Overview:
The Tech Trainer – Java Full Stack Domain is responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to learners, ensuring they acquire industry-relevant skills and expertise. This role involves conducting live sessions, mentoring learners, developing training content, and ensuring that training methodologies align with industry best practices. The trainer will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance learning experiences and prepare learners for job placements in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery & Content Development:

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions on Core Java (Java 17), Data Structures, MySQL, JDBC, HTML-5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript (ES6, TypeScript), Angular, JPA with Hibernate, Spring 6.x, Agile Scrum, and DevOps.
• Integrate Generative AI applications and best practices into the curriculum to align with modern industry trends.
• Design and update training materials, hands-on exercises, case studies, and real-world projects.
• Develop structured learning paths to support different levels of learners, from beginners to advanced professionals.

Learner Engagement & Mentoring:

• Guide learners through hands-on coding exercises, projects, and real-world application scenarios.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, technical Q&A discussions, and coding challenges to enhance problem-solving skills.
• Provide personalized mentorship, career guidance, and interview preparation support to learners.
• Monitor learners' progress and suggest improvement strategies based on assessment results.

Assessment & Evaluation:

• Design and implement technical assessments to gauge learners’ understanding and application of concepts.
• Conduct mock interviews to evaluate technical proficiency, coding ability, and interview readiness.
• Provide structured feedback to learners to improve their technical and behavioral competencies.

Industry Alignment & Best Practices:

• Ensure that training content aligns with industry standards, emerging technologies, and employer expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in full-stack development and incorporate them into training programs.
• Foster a hands-on, project-based learning approach to enhance practical knowledge and application.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

• Work closely with Quality Assessors, Training Managers, and other stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness.
• Participate in regular training audits, feedback sessions, and curriculum reviews.
• Adapt training methodologies based on learner performance, industry needs, and technological advancements.

Work Location Requirement:

• The Tech Trainer is required to work from the nearest training center every day (Monday to Saturday) with one Saturday off in a month

Key Skills & Competencies:
✔ Strong knowledge of Java, MySQL, JavaScript frameworks, Angular, and Spring Boot. ✔ Hands-on experience with full-stack development, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. ✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. ✔ Ability to engage and inspire learners through interactive training sessions. ✔ Experience in designing technical assessments and conducting mock interviews. ✔ Ability to adapt training methods based on diverse learner needs and skill levels. ✔ Strong analytical skills to identify learning gaps and suggest effective interventions.

Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
📌 5+ years of experience in software development, software testing, or technical training.
📌 Prior experience in mentoring, training, or conducting technical workshops is preferred.
📌 Experience with training quality assurance and coaching is an added advantage.
