Job Description: Training Execution Manager (TEM) - Non-Tech Domain


ROLE : TRAIN THE TRAINER


Job Summary:​

We are seeking a highly motivated Training Execution Manager (TEM) for the Non-Tech Domain,

responsible for managing and executing training programs effectively. The ideal candidate should

have expertise in banking, finance, regulatory compliance, and BPO processes to ensure high-quality

training delivery. The role involves coordinating with trainers, tracking progress, and ensuring the

successful execution of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Plan, execute, and manage training sessions for the non-tech domain.

∙Ensure adherence to industry regulations such as KYC, AML, Basel III, etc.

∙Develop training content related to banking operations, monetary policies, and compliance

laws.

∙Oversee BPO voice and non-voice process training, including terminology and roles.

∙Manage the execution of financial concepts training, including balance sheets, profit & loss,

and ratio analysis.

∙Track training performance and ensure timely content delivery as per commitments.

∙Address any challenges related to connectivity, trainer availability, and session execution.

∙Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training effectiveness and maintain compliance

standards.

∙Ensure trainers meet certification and compliance standards.

∙Conduct interviews for trainers and employees within the domain to ensure the right

expertise and skills for training delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

∙Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.

∙Prior experience in training management, corporate training, or L&D roles in BFSI/BPO

sectors.

∙Strong understanding of banking products, RBI functions, monetary policies, and financial

regulations.

∙Knowledge of BPO industry processes, sales funnel, and financial accounting concepts.

∙Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

∙Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.

∙Experience with training delivery platforms and LMS tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

∙Certification in Training & Development, Learning Management, or BFSI Compliance.

∙Hands-on experience with training delivery for banking and BPO sectors.

∙Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
