Job Summary

LiveLife Education is seeking a dynamic Trainer & Educational Consultant to deliver engaging live training sessions for educators and students. This role requires strong communication and facilitation skills to engage large audiences effectively. You will build lasting relationships with institution administrators, leadership teams, and staff, driving measurable results through strategic planning, action teams, and best practice implementation.

As a Coach & Consultant, you will provide guidance, resources, and reflective conversations to support implementation success. Your consultative approach will help stakeholders document progress and create long-term impact in educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging live training sessions for large groups of educators and students.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institution administrators, leadership teams, and staff.
• Design and implement strategic plans, action teams, and effective execution practices.
• Facilitate reflective conversations and share best practices for continuous improvement.
• Provide additional resources and expert guidance on implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to track progress and document impact.
• Utilize consultative and coaching skills to recommend next steps and identify renewal opportunities.
• Stay updated on education trends and effectively communicate value to education clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a trainer, coach, educator, or consultant in the education sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to engage and train large groups effectively.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Strong knowledge of education trends and the ability to align solutions with client needs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
