Aptitude & Soft Skill Trainer

We looking for an Aptitude Trainer for the Placement Department. Key Responsibilities @ Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. @Prepare and deliver content to help students excel in placement exams such as those conducted by TCS, Infosys, Wipro etc.. Qualification Any Bachelor’s degree / Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven 1 year experience as a Soft Skills and Aptitude Trainer or in a similar role. @ Strong understanding of soft skills and aptitude assessment techniques. @ Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. 6 Months Experience with Any Degree / Diploma (CSE/ IT) &An Aptitude & Soft Skill Trainer teaches logical reasoning, communication, leadership, problem-solving.
