Since the time I joined Edubridge, it has been a good journey to learn. I have been awarded best employee twice and now also upgraded to manager centre. The management encourages us to participate in fun activities conducted every month in the office . I was the winner in one of the games played last week. Glad to work here and looking forward to more growth.

Sometimes the work pressure is high and have to work on weekends too.

I am working as an operations manager for the past 2 years, and until now I have had no issues from co-workers and the management. There are good facilities for employees like yearly bonuses, medical cover, and other essentials. Moreover ,there is a promising growth here. I am happy to work at Edubridge.

Personally , I like to work here. The positive work environment pushes us to give our best to the company. Moreover, the work timings are good. I underwent training couple of time which is a good thing letting me to learn. I recommend Edubridge for new commers.

Have been working for Edubridge for the past 5 months and i like the overall positive work culture. The best thing is there is not much work pressure. Moreover, we have monthly training to upgrade skills. Looking forward to work ahead and getting position growth.

They do not follow labour law. Leave encashment and leaves getting carry forwarded are not allowed ,the companys pockets the money. So if you are planning to join then take as many leaves possible. They delay is paying salary ,FNF process takes months if not weeks to complete ,fnf not paid for many employees since 3 to 4 months . You wont get your PLI on time and will not be paid deliberately . Pf amount not paid since last 3 to 4 months .Form 16 is not given to all employees . No job security ,then will ask you to resign and hire cheap labour .if you are getting hired here do note that someone was fired from a higher salary and you are supposed to do the same work in a cheap rate. Your job is secured untill they find someone cheaper than you. There was a Sr Manager reporting to Ceo who was fired few months back ,they did not tell him and instead blocked his system and email remotely and thats it .Thats how unprofessional the company has become .
