I joined Edubridge 1 year back and got a good chance to work with experienced co- workers. There is a work-life balance helping to get out of work stress. Also as a trainer , I get to work on training new employees. The company conducts regular training helping to learn new things.

Dislikes

The lunch break should be extended

Likes

Get the sence of security. Very good working atmosphere. Seniors and teammates are very supportive and understanding. Management is trustworthy.

Dislikes

Frequent changes in processes sometimes make uncomfortable.

Manager is very supportive and is always willing to help out when any team member runs into an issue. He trust us to get our work done. I would say a sense of family among team members

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
