Earlier salary was on time and WFH, that was the only things I liked.

Rest everything.. 1. There is standard policy, higher authorities changes policies by looking face of employees. 2. There is no growth if u are not sycophants. 3. There is one president, she doesn't know anything about business but pretend she is only running organization 4. She only believe in donkey work, updating asana task for nonsense things. 5. Now EB has closed half business, it's only because of that president. 6. They never take feedback positively. They would setup call for feedback, if u show them their face, ur demotion will start immediately. 7. Hire n fire police, there is no job security. 8. They only want to earn money by fooling people's who are in dire need of job. 9. Whatever data they are sharing on social media is total fake. 10. Few people working as GM, VP, Managers, they even don't know the meaning of these titles. 11. If u r good in English speaking, u can achieve any post regardless of ur knowledge n skills. 12. Now salary is not on time, they have asked half employees to resign. Not settling FnF after 8-10 months of resignation, some time 1 year also. Few employees didn't get fnf. 13. If u don't have job u can join this company to spoil ur life. 14. They always talk we r corporate but their leaders don't know the actual meaning of corporate. 15. Many genuine leaders left this organization because of one stubborn president. 16. Those who are not getting job in market are stick there.. 17.All in all, it's fake organization run by fake people's 18. No job security, no appreciation inspite of doing good, no perks and bonus, PF is still pending. No proper SOPs, different MSO policy. Inspite of work from home options for certain projects no adjustments are done for expectional cases.

Once you leave you will not get you FNF and Reliving letter before 4 5 months that to after n number of follow up mails. Any time your batch timings can be changed, it can be as early as 7am and as late as 10pm.
