I have been associated with Edubridge as manager for the hiring department. The best thing is we get good number of holidays and no-work stress. Also, in many cases we get WFH opportunity. Overall, the work experience is pretty good.

Dislikes

The management needs to work on he office atmosphere, which is quite dull.

In the beginning everything was portrayed positive then abruptly things changed

Dislikes

1) The top tier management is abusive 2) There is no hierarchy 3) There is no job security 4) There is no 1 team lead as 3 of our managers were removed and the manager kept constantly changing

I liked my colleagues. It was a good experience working with a team, one where you liked them.

The amount of work and the people assigned for the same did not match which resulted in being burdened by work.

This is the best Company to work and growth I have ever seen before. So I would like to work with kind of Company more and more years with good growth path. Thanks to Edubridge for the opportunity given me.

Dislikes

Here I just want to say that , sometime works need to be done with immediate effect. So this hurts me and get in to trouble for me to complete the works. So need to give sometime to employers to complete the works. And lot of Employers are leaving the company that this will shows the negative impact to the company.
