Since I work as a General Manager, I get chance to work on different projects and gain knowledge about education industry. I handle a team and is great to have open communication . Timely salary, good office ambience, and fun activities are worth. Overall, I am happy to work here.

Being a startup, each employee will receive a chance to express themselves and execute projects with innovative ideas. The company offers good opportunities for employees who outperform their KPIs. Additionally, there are new avenues where the company reaches for international collaboration.

Company has grown too quick in lockdown time. Work from office could have made a better impact.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
