Edsom Fintech provided valuable experience in developing financial software, particularly in cooperative banking applications. The role offered exposure to a fast-paced work environment, which helped enhance my technical skills and ability to work under pressure.

Dislikes

However, the company faced challenges in management and organizational structure. Job security was a concern, and unexpected changes in salary and workload added to the pressure. Despite these challenges, it was a learning experience that strengthened my resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic work environment.
