Its a startup company and I worked there for almost 4 years. I was fortunate to work in a company whose CEO (Mr. Raghvendra Kumar Singh) is so honest, hard working and down to earth person. He will make you work hard and party harder. This company lacked some perks that are available in big MNCs but skills, attitude and overall personality definitely took a sharp rise in my life while I worked here. Every year I got the best salary appraisals (25% +). that is something I never got in MNCs I worked later. Dynamic work environment, I have even spent midnights working there. Lots of learning and thrill. Absolutely no politics (since it was a small team) and everyone can reach to anyone directly inside the company without and 'boss' culture. Travel opportunities were limited during the time I worked there....Read More

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
