I only like 2 things in EDILINK. - Cup of tea which I automatically receive on my desk. - Work from home when you are not able to come to the office. (Only for serious issues)

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

There are so many things which I don't like in this company. - No work life balance - No overtime pay - Unusual deductions (even after you work extra) - No PF, ESI etc. - Very low salary increment. That's all. Thanks!
