Very vibrant culture - TT, Carrom, Chess boards in every floor, no dress code, tea served twice at desks, young workforce, technically involved managers.

Dislikes

lot of politics, process (read: saving one's backside) takes priority over product quality. Lot of restructuring going on, as a result there is job insecurity all around. Many products have been shut down, the company itself may not survive long.

Work Details

Not much freedom to take decisions. The company is in panic mode, so one needs to do what is told, and be available whenever required. Not much scope for development or learning new technologies - providing support for live products is the main activity.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Dislikes

Salary hike is never there. Promotions are a dream. The half yearly bonus (which is a part of our annual pay) is not given fully. Lesser than 50% is only given. In some cases, much lesser.
