Their is nothing to like in edag in comparison to MNC tag edag have, specially in india design department their is no work life balance. once you enter you don't know the exit timming. Assistant Managers are too rude they directly told you have to work in nights too during project peak and come early next day in morning. Advice to MD must have eyes on managers behaviour too, how much yours employees work life balance must have look because overall edag is an MNC...Read More

Flexible timing. Personally all employees and higher level management is very helpful.

Dislikes

Work allotment is poor. It is not equally divided in employees. Some employees enjoy sitting relaxed and get paid while some have to work so hard and overtime. Parcility is the policy. No transport service, no canteen. No overtime allowances. Some times you have to work on holidays also.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. Sometimes flexible working online and meeting with suppliers throughout the week.

Overall EDAG is not a great company to work with long-term. Management has several priority issues and you will be expected to have Microsoft Teams meeting everyday. It's quite absurd to be expected to join a Microsoft Teams meeting at the last minute every time. Some meetings last for 1-3 hours, while others can last up to 5-6 hours. You will be expected to figure things out and navigate on your own even as a new hire. There is no orientation, and your manager will say they are available to accept your calls and texts, but you will find out soon enough that is not true. If you even respectfully and professionally question how EDAG operates successfully, they will fire you without notice! Very unprofessional, counter productive, and just ridiculous. EDAG does not care about it's employees at all, which is why I decided to leave this company to pursue better opportunities that are more aligned with professionalism, courtesy, respect, and possess great core values that are positive experiences for customers, employees, and suppliers....Read More
