Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for level 1/2 support in German Language,
• Incident management: incident resolution and escalation

• Problem management: problem creation and closure
• Knowledge management: creation and update of knowledge articles for different user groups (IT, end-user, 1st Level etc.)
• Monitoring and event management: creating and maintaining alerts for the supported services and products

Skills

• Any Programming Language (python ,C#, Java )
• German speaking needed
• Rich knowledge as user of a ticketing system, preferred Service Now
• IT knowledge as user of IT-systems, e. g. MES
• High problem solving skills
• High analytic skills
• Nice to have:

• Experiences in software testing
• Monitoring know how (Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus)
• DevOps know how (Ccripting, CI/CD, Ansible, Kubernetes, version control, Azure DevOps)

• Software testing

Education and Experience:

• A bachelors degree in technical field
• 2+ years of experience in Level1/2 support or Software development

German speaking (Mandatory)
