On the flip side, it's unfortunate that there seems to be a lack of skill training for freshers. We are surely working towards investing in the development of new talent through skill training programs in Design and Simulation already and rest of the functions are on map.

Being fair to all team members is what we try and aspire for. If you felt different, we always have open door policy to discuss the same specifically. We have flexi hours policy to manage work life balance on individual basis.
