The advantage of working at Edag is job security. The company does not terminate employees. Exceptional cases are there but there is good job security at Edag. There is no salary cut during covid but the workload is increased to the extent. The company's business looks like sinking down. So it's taking a toll on the overall growth and development of employees, managers. - Company Policies: Beware of strange rules. Policies are not visible to employees. Only executives (at most 10 people) have access to it. So they mold policies and rules as per convenience. Employees are always at disadvantage. Employees don't even know rules, regulations, and policies. Another insidious thing is that few teams work for 55-60 hrs a week but working hours are not recorded on paper. Middle management, under the instruction of senior management, record hours as per government policies. On paper, employees don't work more than 9 hours a day but in reality, they work more than 11-12 hours a day including Saturdays. -...Read More
