Nothing much to say, 100% client driven organization and does not entertain employee concerns whatsoever.

Can write multiple paragraphs with a lot of incidents but will try to point out a few as below: 1. Wanted me to join in 7-15 days while joining and made me served 2 months(whereas the ideal notice period in UAE is 1 month) while leaving, that too If I take any kind of time off, my last working day would have been delayed. 2. No communication transparency, No skilled individuals in the organization at the Technical level or HR, I was the one reaching out to people for my own replacement and was taking all rounds of Interviews for the same. 3. Multiple occasions where I had a conflict with my client but whilst raising this to ECS, I was told to play nice with the client without creating any problems. 4. Don't know if it counts, Sandwich leave policy still in 2023. 5. No spouse Visa sponsorship. 6. No Early joining bonus / Bonus segments in compensation. 7. No hike/increments. 8. Purposely miscommunication for Offer letter vs Employment contract (mandatory for UAE), once you are in UAE the offer letter that you might had accepted in the first place is of no use, only the details mentioned in employment contract counts. 9. 100% onsite work....Read More
