company policies are good, they give good salary and bonus every year

there is lot of politics, salary is decent but career growth is very slow

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is very bad. There is no management leader who can guide us in the best way. Company policies are ok but not much. There is no job security and they give good salary before the lockdown. After that theyare paying half salary. I can't understand what is the bonus calculation and payment of bonus....Read More

Dislikes

As per my experience.. they have to use Maharashtra rules like holidays for our festival. Than doesn't matter it is service center.also we have emotions. And firstly appoint one of best management leader. Who will handling the situation between hul and ecoleaf. You can't push your Admin and supervisor for every Small reason.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
