Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. People here are very talented but not getting enough recognition. US VP baby sitting India VP who dont know anything about the work done by any of the functions. US employees do not respect India employees, heights of discrimination.

Leaders do not have a vision and goal. Discrimination against India employees by the US people. Majority of the work done by India employees and credit taken by US people who are useless and dont have the skills required for the job. Its almost racist kind of behavior displayed by US people against Indians. No respect and no recognition. No flexibility and worst culture across US and India, however India is little better.
