The company has a very good work flow procedure. The working culture is also good. Canteen and bus facility is really helpful.

For me as a Graduate Engineer Apprentice, I feel for 99% candidates this is just waste of time. Until they interact with different people and put in effort to find where they fit in, in this organization. Also find out how they will spend their 9hrs per day in this program. The stipend is too low

Well it is a govt based company so i was not kicked out and also i was paid for the 2 months of lockdown.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The company takes a lot of work from the apprentice (way too much). Stipend is really low. Work life balance is not good.

At present I am a trainer at ECIL so I am learning some things at working.The place where I am training is about the goods and services which are required for the project.Mine is a Indigenous Projects.The work environment is very cool.My salary is at present Rs.10,000/- per month.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
