For me as a Graduate Engineer Apprentice, I feel for 99% candidates this is just waste of time. Until they interact with different people and put in effort to find where they fit in, in this organization. Also find out how they will spend their 9hrs per day in this program. The stipend is too low

Well it is a govt based company so i was not kicked out and also i was paid for the 2 months of lockdown.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs.
