I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Work Life balance is very good, never ask to stretch the shift - fixed working hours I earn good amount of incentives every month from this company. Seniors are very co-operative, in my emergencies they gave me WFH also. so its a best consultancy to work with.

To be honest I really don't like anything about this consultancy. I'll rate 1 out of 5 . I could have given 0 rating but unfortunately 0 is not present.

Everything is kind of dislike. No work life balance No appraisal Growth percentage 0% Ac doesn't work properly Very small area No leaves are given until its very urgent. Pathetic incentive policy which is unachievable! Doesn't know how to speak properly with their employees. Treat employees like a slave Don't even give a single minute to take rest.
