Likes : CEO Vision, Trust, Humbleness and Values Best CEO with whom I have worked till date.

Dislikes

Dislikes : HR Policy, Appraisal Policy, Work Culture at Dev Center, Work Planning and Allocation. Suggestion: 1. Need to use planning tools as per industry standards. 2.Team coordination btw PM and Dev Head can be better. 3. No Blame Game, Team should work focused to achieve Target. 4. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
