It depends on your manager and supervisor what you will like or not if they are leader personality then ok if not then you will have to change team or company.

No Sick leave .If you will even take 1 sick leave in a company then your supervisor by telling that accordind to company policy your salary has been kept on hold you will get it in next month between 15-20 and Also your supervisor can termination you on on basis if you have any errors in your work.
