well, when i joined everything looks great but as time passes i understood that it is very cheap and fake company . no payment on time in short they pay you nothing but aspect great output from your end. there are many reason some of them as: 1 you will not given any salary 2 when you ask for salary they make fake excuses 3 unprofessional attitude of owner of the company 4 no career growth
