All senior management and Manager do politics they play with employee careers. I spend 1 year over there and seen higher and fire process every time. Job security is issue. They higher from compilation after 3 to 6 months candidate will be fired.

I personally do not dislike any thing. But yes, In spite of many steps are being taken by cultural commitee to promote team bonding, some more activities which used to happen earlier like cultural program on Diwali and other occassion should be started again.

There's nothing to like in this company, toxicity, worst environment, managers are irritating, especially offshore team is worst, They forces there employees to relocate to Africa, without their choice and forces them to stay at Client site without their choice. Most of their time is wasted in their portal time sheet matching, of we don't do that they cease the salary, also they always scold their employees on their mistakes also, they don't have proper etiquette to talk to employees, treat you as a servent, and don't respect the conditions.
