When changing from HBT to employee option mounting line count target is put forth, although no choice is given for a good mix of client to earn a good amount of line to end up getting a decent pay at the end of the month.

Yes job security is there because they pay so less than you wont find any MT company in India who are paying so less. After working for 8 years with them still they are giving 20K. Company is also taking Employer PF contribution from every employees means they are paying nothing out of their pocket
