I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Ecentric solutions is just a staffing agency, they will recruit you to work as a contractor in an another company, thus career growth, appraisals, work environment etc are not concerned

Dislikes

They do not deposit your PF, they do not deposit the TDS and do not provide the form 16 in time. Salary provided 7 to 8 days late. You will spend time doing followups daily but will not get promising responses.These issues are not to be ignored and playing with government systems is not good for anyone's career.

Work Details

eCentric is a staffing agency so work culture depends on which client location you will be deployed. I suggest not to join this organisation because of all the government related issues you will face later.
