Working at this company has been one of the worst decisions of my career. I experienced a lack of professionalism and an unhealthy work environment here. During my time in the Bangalore office, the manager was so full of himself and dismissive that he even expected all the employees to work on leave when they had any serious issues happening at home with their personal lives. The culture here is deeply toxic, it is common for senior employees from Pune and Bangalore office to address freshers or junior employees with derogatory names and insults.
