Good company for freshers, company environment is good.

Dislikes

No growth, no salary increment,no extra banifit.. when engineer give leave the company not get any Full and final, no releaving Letter..., HR not respond for any queries...bad company...I leave the company before 7 months but my Full and final not received till now... Deslike the company...

There is no any thing which we liked during my work period.

Dislikes

Working atmosphere is not good and it's policy of two month notice period is wrong policy because new company do not wait for two month intimation theu can wait maximum one month.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
