Got opportunity to work with good clients... it was a good learning experience. Also,the provided ITSM training was very good.

Dislikes

Culture is very dull and humiliating. They don't treat well and value their employees. Appreciations/Appraisals/ Compensations are always very less if compared to the market and most of the other organisations. Overall planning and line of actions are unclear and uncertain.

There is nothing to like about this company as work environment is toxic because of some people who are supposed lead this company in a good way.

Bonds for 3-4 years is not good as they will not give any raise in salary or compensation. If company wants they can remove you at any time that is what I have seen with my team.
