I like that the office in the city limits, but no use that becoz we work from home.

Dislikes

The company keeps on change the organization structure, becoz of that we don't get salary hike, same salary for yearssssss. Not a good place for career growth. This company is good for beginners. The company was when it was in the hands before the merging happen. overall not good place for career growth.

Nothing is good in this company. Firing going on since a long time people are scared. Guess the company is making profit by firing people. Regarding work culture the provided most of the maintenance and support work. 95 percent of the projects are maintenance and support.. Managers do Politics. better not to believe any manager. They say different time to time. Most of the important information does not get communicated through email. No manager do any thing good for any employee.
