Dislikes

People in charge of verifying take undue advantage of their position, as they are not monitored, or their work goes unnoticed which normally is objectionable. Execution does not have SOP to refer, and are often left to do independent work, if help is raised they are judged, work varies with person to person, and then there is no standard work done.

Likes

The company gave wfh to every employee from day 1 of the crisis. Never pressured any of the employees to come n work from office. They were very happy with us working from home. Plus over time money was also alloted for extra work

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
